The complex relies on traditional design elements to blend effortlessly into its natural surroundings. Intricate stonework emphasizes an authentic village feel and helps to promote cool and neutral living spaces.
Large, covered verandas and terraces promise privacy and space, as well as breathtaking views of the surrounding hillside and valleys beyond. A private road access and ample parking spaces ensure maximum comfort and ease for residents.
The project is divided into two sections, each featuring a communal, kidney-shaped swimming pool, complemented by extensive terraces and lounging areas. With residents’ comfort in mind, and showing attention to even the smallest of details, the pool area is fitted with sun loungers, umbrellas, changing rooms and poolside showers. A park and children’s play area, combined with the strong sense of community promoted by the project’s layout.
In keeping with its tranquil, natural surroundings, one third of the project will consist of ecological gardens. The organic produce grown in this area will be shared amongst all residents.
