A Viewing Trip gives you the opportunity to visit Cyprus on a 'No obligation' basis and see properties first hand. You are able to experience the Cypriot lifestyle and visit areas you may not have seen. It gives you the opportunity to speak to professional who can answer all your questions.

How Much Does It Cost?

The Price of a flight- we provide accommodation and airport transfers, we take the purchase of your property seriously. We emphasize the trip is no obligation, many of our clients buy on their second and third trips. If you decide to purchase during your visit we will refund the cost of your flights.

What Now

A Consultant will call you to clarify your requirements, discuss your objectives and confirm all your options. Sold On Cyprus are independent and can therefore offer you completely unbiased advice. We are based in Cyprus, we are not a web agent set up in the UK who send you to meet the developer.

We recommend a minimum of three days for your trip to ensure you can achieve your objective.

Typical Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival: You will be met by a Sold On Cyprus driver and taken to your private villa/apartment and allowed a free evening to acclimatize to your surroundings.

Day 2 - Initial Consultation & Property Viewing's: Your consultant will arrive and confirm your requirements. Local viewing of areas

Day 3 - Legal's: Continuing property viewing-evening dinner

Day 4 - Legal's: Legal and Financial requirements

Day 5/7 - Return home: Collection and return to airport

1) Maximum of two passengers per viewing trip.

2) Maximum one week stay.

3) Any reservation fee paid is non-refundable.

4) Clients will be booked into private complimentary accommodation.

5) Sold On Cyprus are not responsible for flight arrangements.

6) It is the clients responsibility to inform Sold On Cyprus of correct flight details to ensure airport transfers.

7) Clients are responsible for compliance with the respective immigration, passport and visa regulations.

8) Sold On Cyprus are not responsible for, nor liable for the actions of any third party supplier of travel, accommodation or entertainment services or for the performance of those services.

9) Refund of flight- maximum limit 200 cyp (342 euros) per person subject to purchase.
