A) You pay the flights – why? – So you do not feel under any obligation to buy. Trust is required on both parts from Sold on Cyprus and you. We will give 100% of our time and need to know you are interested.

B) We provide:

1. One weeks accommodation complimentary for up to 4 people
2. All airport transfers
3. Traditional taverna meal with the Directors
4. Consultation with our sales consultant to assess needs and requirements
5. Site visits with our sales consultants
6. Consultation with our sales director for any questions on legal, financial and mortgages

We ask for 3 dedicated days of your stay for us to show you Cyprus and help you decide on your retirement, relocation, holiday home, or investment purchase

C) There is no need to see any other agent or developer – Why? –

1. We are completely independent and have our own exclusive properties
2. We have 10 years experience with ALL developers and can advise on their properties – remember a Developer can only show you the properties they build – we can search all the developers properties to assess which is right for you.
3. With our experience we have agreements with 90% of other agents on a shared agreement thus we can search their resale’s and again assess which is right for you.
