The Price of a flight**

We will pay for your accommodation ( minimum 3 days - maximum 7 days ) and airport transfers. If you decide to buy a property as a result of your visit we will refund the cost of your flights**

At Sold on Cyprus we know that buying a property is an important decision - and for some clients the final choice is not made until their second or third trip.

Unlike some other companies offering low cost viewing or inspection trips, we promise that you are under no obligation to purchase.

If you do decide to buy, the cost of your flights could be completely free (minimum purchase €100,000 Euros)**


HOW DO I ARRANGE A VIEWING TRIP?

A Sold on Cyprus Consultant will contact you to discuss your requirements and agree a Property Search brief. As an independent company we offer impartial guidance on the options available to you. We will use the information you give us to produce a 'shortlist' of properties and locations to show you during your Viewing Trip to Cyprus.

TYPICAL ITINERARY
  • Day 1 - Arrival in Cyprus:
    You will be met at the airport by a Sold on Cyprus representative and transferred to your private villa or apartment where you can start to get acclimatised! The evening is yours to do with as you wish.
  • Day 2 - Initial Consultation & Property Viewings
    Your Consultant will meet with you to review your Property Search requirements - and provide an orientation tour of the locality to include viewing of selected properties and developments.
  • Day 3 - Property Viewings & Legal Arrangements
    Continue viewing selected properties and developments, as required, followed by evening dinner.
  • Day 4 - Legal & Financial Arrangements
    Review of Legal and Financial requirements for any agreed purchase
  • Day 5/7 - Return to Airport
    Collection from your villa or apartment by Sold on Cyprus representative - and transfer to the airport for your return flight

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Maximum of two passengers per Viewing Trip.

2) Minimum stay 3 days - maximum stay 7 days.

3) Any Reservation Fee paid towards the purchase of a property is non-refundable.

4) Viewing Trip Clients will be booked into complimentary private accommodation.

5) Sold on Cyprus is not responsible for flight arrangements; these should be made personally by Client(s).

6) It is the responsibility of the Client to inform Sold on Cyprus about correct flight details to facilitate airport transfers.

7) Clients are responsible for compliance with all immigration, passport, visa and other travel regulations relevant to their     visit(s) to Cyprus.

8) Sold on Cyprus is neither responsible for nor liable for the actions of any third party supplier of travel, accommodation or     entertainment services - or for the performance of those services.

9) Sold on Cyprus will refund flight costs paid by Client(s) up to a maximum limit of € 500 ( Five hundred Euros ) in total per     Viewing Trip / party of travellers. This is strictly on the condition of purchasing a new property via Sold on Cyprus from a     developer during an agreed Viewing Trip **

10) Eligible flight cost refunds will be payable upon payment of the deposit required under Contract of Sale agreement.
